Richland County Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee
Purpose
The purpose of the Richland County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council is: (1) to facilitate cross-agency collaboration and information exchange within Richland County’s criminal justice, mental health, and social service systems; (2) to assist in creating and sustain collaboration among a variety of justice and mental health agencies and stakeholders while gaining a greater understanding of systemwide related issues; and (3) to focus on evidence-based research, data examination, policy development, resource allocation, and problem solving through coordinated efforts across Richland County’s criminal justice and mental health providers.
