What to Expect

Driver’s License Reinstatement Clinic

• Assistance lifting suspensions for unpaid traffic tickets that are two years or older; DUI and DUAC cases excluded. (Richland County only)

Expungement and Pardon Support

• Learn about record-clearing options and eligibility.

Bench Warrant Resolutions

• Resolve nonviolent general sessions bench warrants without the risk of arrest. Participants can schedule a new court date and connect with a public defender. Magistrate court and Summary BWFTA cases are excluded. (Richland County only)

RAP Sheets & Driving Records

• Attorney volunteers will be available on-site to review records and answer questions. Pay what you can to obtain your RAP sheet ($25) or driving record ($10) onsite; cash only.
